At Joseph Joseph, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original, undamaged packaging to prevent any breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.
